The majority of safari camps are canvassed tents, with modern but basic amenities. The main draw of these tented camps is that they allow you to become closer to the wildlife, and connect to nature. You will often hear animals throughout the night outside your tent – be it lions roaring, hyenas laughing, or hippos grunting.
